Hello,
I have great memories of being a Cooper Hawk. I enjoyed making new friends, Friday night football games, proms and all the school spirit activities. I recall the excitement of passing time and trading notes with friends that we'd written in our previous classes! While the classes I took have blurred, I had several great teachers that were great at their profession. They became a source of inspiration to me as I later pursued a career in Education. I also worked at the popular Betty Crocker Pie Shop in Crystal. What a blast to get to work with friends and have a lot classmates stop in and hang out! I have been teaching for 30 years in the Mounds View School District. I have even had the pleasure of having one of a 1980 Cooper graduate's child in my class!
